As moms, we often put everyone else’s needs before our own. We carry so much on our shoulders— and we literally have shoulder pain. That’s a pretty clear explanation of the emotional root cause of that shoulder pain, don’t you think?

By worrying about our kids, our homes, and all the little things in between. It’s easy to lose ourselves in the process and end up feeling overwhelmed, guilty, or stuck. I’ve been there, and I know how heavy it can feel. That’s why I created Mom's Emotional Detox—to help us let go of that emotional weight and rediscover our true selves.


Finding Your Confidence Again

Confidence and self-esteem are often thought to be the same, but they are actually quite different. You can lack confidence but still have a pretty good sense of self-esteem. However, you can't truly have self-confidence if, deep down, you believe you're not worth anything. If you’re constantly thinking, "I’m not good enough," that's a limiting belief. These beliefs are the hidden reasons why we often feel we don't deserve success, peace, tranquility, rest, or even love.

These limiting beliefs are a major source of our troubling emotions. And there’s no shame in acknowledging or talking about them. It’s simply due to subconscious programming, often passed down through generations. Even our parents dealt with similar challenges, and sometimes even worse.

Changing our self-esteem requires more than just surface-level adjustments; it involves reprogramming the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy is the fastest way I’ve found to achieve this deep level of change. On the other hand, building self-confidence often comes from taking action and learning through experience. Repeated actions can gradually strengthen our self-confidence, but if the root of poor self-esteem isn’t addressed, those efforts may not have lasting effects.

That’s why it's crucial to heal from emotional wounds. Understanding the difference between self-confidence and self-esteem, and addressing the underlying beliefs that hold us back, is key to transforming our emotional health and living a more fulfilled life.


Using the Law of Attraction and Vibration

If you are into self-development or interested in getting rich quickly and easily, you’ve likely come across these two physical laws: the Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration. Here’s how I have experienced them in my life.

Tangibly, everyone has noticed that when we are doing something we truly love, something that brings us a lot of joy, time seems to freeze. We don’t even notice it passing, as if it doesn’t exist anymore. This sensation is called a state of flow. I’m sure that during those moments, you’ve noticed that everything seems to go well—even if you haven’t spent extra time with your kids. You might hear that they behaved well, had a proper meal, had fun, got showered, and went to bed magically.

These are the days when I realized how important it is to control how I feel because I noticed the exact opposite on other days. When I feel stressed, scared, or tired, it seems like my kids have multiplied. On those days, it feels like I have 12 kids instead of 4, and it snowballs into endless disasters, making me only dream of getting to bed as quickly as possible.

My conclusion is simple: combined with quantum physics and my understanding of ASC Mode through Gamma frequency, I now understand how essential it is for me to stay in a positive mood, to feel grateful, and to focus on the positive side of life. But honestly, this was really difficult before I got my act together and healed from my past wounds through hypnotherapy. I was constantly reacting to outside energy. Now, after taking care of my subconscious mind, I can consciously choose my response. That’s the emotional freedom I’ve gained after detoxing myself from past programming.

When I vibrate positively, I attract only positive things. And that is my absolute priority.


Take Control of Your Emotional State

Taking control of my anger was an absolute priority for me for years. From July 2018 to January 2023, I did everything I could to manage my reactions. I tried meditation, yoga, qi gong, and prayer. I learned non-violent communication, read dozens of books, and watched countless conferences. I pushed myself hard—going for walks, getting spa memberships, and even trying energy healing. But despite all these efforts, I was still reacting. Anyone skilled in manipulation could unsettle me in seconds. It was like facing an agent from The Matrix—no matter how fast I tried to be, I just couldn't keep up!

Then, after just three sessions of hypnotherapy, I found the holy grail. Healing my inner child through hypnosis was incredibly impactful. Addressing generational burdens was like healing my broken heart and I feeling alive again. 

In just 180 minutes of hypnosis, I made more progress than in five full years of trying everything else.

This is what I wish for every mom. We already carry so much on our shoulders, and we can all benefit from techniques that truly work. Why spend years struggling when you can heal so quickly?
